Triple rooms start at $800 for a month-to-month lease, or $675 when you sign an initial 4-month lease (the price after that changes to a reduced month-to-month price).*
Utilities & Daily Cleaning: $150 Flat rate for all room types (Includes internet, energy, water, house supplies, garbage, maintenance, and fire alarm)
Don't let a triple room scare you, you can always switch to a double or private room at any point, just let us know and we'll be sure to work something out!
